Lots of pictures and progress

All roofings are now done, the cottages are painted on the outside. The staff quarters are mostly ready and Stefan has spent a lot of time with starting the landscaping and "beautification" of the site.

We built a very strong structure for our 40.000 litre water tanks and realized that underneath the structure we could actually build some rooms for the drivers and tour guides! So this process is also underway.

I (Steffi) will be at the site end of this week and then supervise the flooring process as well as check on the bathroom tiling.

In Kampala we managed to get our first very beautiful mosquito nets sewn, a welder has manufactured our toilet roll and towel holders. I (Steffi) spent a whole morning in town looking for beautiful materials for the decoration of the cottages.

We also found a manager for Kikonko, who will start working with us beginning of November. His name is Albrecht (Abbe) and he is from Germany. He and his wife own a very successful guesthouse in Entebbe. We will introduce him in one of the next posts.

So things are really coming together!!
